Family Team Decision Making

Family Team Decision Making Family members are integral partners in creating successful plans of care for their children at risk of out of home placement or in foster care.  A Family Team Decision Making meeting is held with a skilled facilitator, the family, and all of the agencies providing services to the child and family.  Having everyone in the same place leads to quick solution focused decisions about permanency.
